1. How long do candles last?
    The burning time of each scented candle varies depending on the capacity and usage environment. Generally, our medium-sized candles can burn for about 40-50 hours. For the first use, it is recommended to burn continuously for more than 2 hours to form a flat candle pool.
  2. What should I pay attention to when using?
    Please place the candle on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from vents and flammable objects. It is recommended to trim the wick to 5-7 mm before use to prevent black smoke and excessive candle flames.
  3. Do your candles use natural ingredients?
    Yes. We use natural soy wax and phthalate-free essential oil fragrances, which do not contain chemical additives that are harmful to the human body. They are environmentally friendly and safe.
  4. Can you ship internationally?
    Currently, we support shipping within the United States, and some international regions support orders. You can check the delivery accessibility and shipping cost estimates on the checkout page.
  5. How long does it take to ship after placing an order?
    We will process the order within 1-2 business days and arrange shipping via USPS, UPS or FedEx. You will receive a tracking number after shipment.
  6. Can I return the product?
    If the product you received is damaged or has quality issues, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package and we will provide a replacement or refund service. Please refer to our refund policy page for details.
  7. Can I exchange it if the fragrance is too strong or I don’t like it?
    Since fragrance preference is a personal subjective experience, it is not supported for exchange unless it is a quality issue. It is recommended to choose a small package for the first try.
