We hope you will be satisfied with every fragrance product from scentarastore.com. If you are not satisfied with the product due to quality problems or transportation damage, you can apply for a return or refund under the following conditions.
- Refund/Return Situations
You can apply for a return or refund from us within 7 days after receiving the product, provided that the product meets the following conditions:
The product is unused, packaged intact, and in its original condition
With an order number or valid purchase receipt
Problems caused by transportation damage, wrong goods, or product defects
- Non-refund/Return Situations
We will not provide return services in the following cases:
The product has been obviously used, burned, or unpacked
Purely a matter of personal fragrance preference (not quality issues)
Application made more than 7 days ago
Gift cards, promotional clearance products unless there are defects
- Return process
Please contact us by email to indicate the order number and reason for return
After confirmation by customer service, we will provide a return address and instructions
Please properly package the product and provide a logistics tracking number
After the product is inspected and accepted, we will process the refund within 5-7 working days, and the amount will be returned to your payment account in the original way
- Shipping fee description
If the return is due to product problems (such as damage, wrong product, etc.), we will bear the return shipping fee
If the return is due to personal reasons (such as dislike of the scent, repeated purchase), the shipping fee must be borne by the customer
